Less friction. More consistency.
Long sessions are hard to fit in. Random workouts are hard to progress. TwentyFit gives you one clear session, records what happened, and decides what should change next.
Not enough time
Warm-up to finish is designed around a realistic time budget.
Not sure what to do
Exercises, targets, rest, and order are ready when the app opens.
Life changed the plan
Move, skip, or lighten a session without breaking your program.
How it works
A simple loop turns the time you have today into the right next step tomorrow.
Choose your goal, level, schedule, equipment, limitations, and a simple starting baseline.
Move through a warm-up and focused strength blocks, one set at a time.
Log reps, weight, time, completed sets, and how the final set felt.
Progress, hold steady, or ease the target—with a clear reason every time.
Personal, in practical ways
Start with bodyweight alone or add the home equipment you own. TwentyFit filters every exercise against your setup and movement limitations before building the week.
A training system, not a library
Your plan responds to the work you complete and the feedback you give—using clear, conservative rules.
TwentyFit increases reps first, then uses the smallest weight increment you own or a harder variation.
Hard sessions can hold steady. Repeated misses can reduce the target. Pain never triggers progression.
See exactly what is changing next time—and the reason behind it.
Swap for equipment, difficulty, discomfort, space, noise, or preference without losing the movement goal.
Low-energy and sore-day options reduce volume or add rest. Very limited days can become recovery or a rescheduled workout.

Miss a day, move a workout, or take a lighter session. TwentyFit keeps the plan moving without failed-day messaging or broken daily streak pressure.
Momentum, made visible
Track weekly consistency, completed sessions, training time, and strength records without turning fitness into a punishing daily streak.
